Tim was a natural choice for selling our property he has worked in selling property in the area for many years and is a Landlord himself in the area. However, with numerous negative views on the property market in recent times, we felt that selling our property was bound to be a long drawn out affair. Tim really came into his own in terms of advising us on timing and pricing strategy for the best chance of selling our property. We followed his advice to the letter and the property was sold within 2 weeks of coming to the market and for full asking price.
His attention to detail in ensuring the property was shown to best effect was superb, he took his own photographs ensuring they told the right story. Once the buyer had shown interest, Tim was diligent in ensuring that he brokered the deal between us and the buyers, helping smooth over some problems which may have proved very difficult. We received constant communication and assurances from Tim throughout the process.
All in all, it left us wondering what all the fuss was about!
